仕事内容 Position Summary
? Front-end website engineering/development
? Work both independently and together with team on global scale
Responsibilities
? e-commerce website building & maintenance (front-end programming)
? Site optimization (frond-end programming)
? Efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
? Work as a member of global project and communicate Japanese market trend
? Ability to multi-task, effective time management and frequent reprioritization to manage several projects simultaneously
? Trouble Shooting (front-end programming) to define problems, collect data, and formulate effective solutions
? Assisting client facing team on new feature/functionality scooping, feasibility analysis, solution providing
Minimum Qualification
? Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JS, jQuery. Proficiency using XML.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
? BS in Computer Science, MIS, or Relevant field ( 3 years + )
? Strong written communication skills in both English and Japanese; strong verbal communication skills in English is a plus.
Preferred Qualification
? Experience working with logic or programming (ex: PHP, JSP, .NET, ASP, JAVA)
? Advanced knowledge and working experience on responsive design
? Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), an ever-changing field that requires being continually up-to-date in changes in search engine requirements
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
? Communicating effectively between and within departments.
? Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.
? Strong analytical, presentation, facilitation and skills
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain open and positive; Curious, independent, and driven
? Experience working in the e-commerce, technology industry (software).
? Experience working with logic or programming (e.g. PHP, JSP, .NET, ASP, JAVA)
? Ability and desire to learn and grow into new responsibilities
? The ability to communicate and teach non-technical users

? It is required that the candidate be well versed in different computer languages and applications that are required in website designing and development. Some of these essential languages and software are HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP, DOM and CSS. (a plus if knowledge of: C++, C#, Perl, VBScript, PHP, Visual Basic .NET, Java)
? Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), an ever-changing field that requires being continually up-to-date in changes in search engine requirements.
? Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

[Secondary Responsibilities] :
? Native in Japanese, and intermediate in English; strong verbal & written communication skills in English is a plus.
? Minimum of 3 years Web Development experience.
? Experience working in the e-commerce, technology industry (software) is a plus.
